Sara was really warm and welcoming. She patiently answered all my questions and generally made me feel comfortable. The room is small and simple, but nicely decorated (though the scent might be on the strong side for some people). That said, most time was spent either wearing a weighted eye mask or facing the table, so most atmosphere came from the gentle soundtrack. The massage itself was thorough, firm at times (think sports massage) and extremely relaxing. I almost fell asleep at one point.

I had such a wonderful experience at urban soul with Sara. She was very welcoming, friendly, and I felt at ease immediately. I explained an area of my back that was ‘sensitive’ and Sara was very good to attend to that area just the right amount without bothering, which many have done before! Lovely experience! First time having a massage and everything was amazing. Fill up a document of questions about me, took 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes of massage on one hour scheduled. Great experience!
