24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are very important to Urban Soul. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and while it is understandable that at times schedules adjustments are necessary, Urban Soul respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that if you forget, cancel or try to reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice for a small business it is very difficult to then fill that lost time. A cancellation fee of the full price of the appointment missed will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice.
